The one-time e-commerce setup fee (from as low as Ksh 2,000, as quoted at signup) covers onboarding and configuration. Setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Contact support if you believe a billing error occurred.

3. Monthly subscriptions

Phaetex Solutions offers monthly subscriptions for software. All monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You pay for the full month of access. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle. You cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

4. Product issues
