Phaetex Solutions Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of Phaetex Solutions managed e-commerce platforms and related services.

Phaetex Solutions provides managed e-commerce platforms for retail businesses. We maintain the underlying technology. We update the software to ensure functionality.
4. Fees and payments
Fees start from as low as Ksh 2,000 for setup (one-time) and from as low as Ksh 2,000 per month for maintenance. Exact amounts are quoted and agreed before you pay. All payments occur through M-Pesa or our specified payment channels. We suspend access for unpaid balances. We do not provide refunds except as stated in our refund policy.
5. User accounts
You provide true and complete information during registration. You protect your login credentials. You notify us of unauthorized account use. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
6. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the products, descriptions, and media you list on your e-commerce store. You guarantee your content does not violate any laws. You guarantee your content does not infringe on intellectual property rights.
7. E-commerce use
We provide the hosting environment. We provide the security updates. You manage your shop customers. You fulfill your own orders.
8. Prohibited uses
You do not use our software for illegal purposes. You do not attempt to breach our security. You do not scrape data from our platform. You do not upload malware.
9. Intellectual property
Phaetex Solutions owns all rights to the software. Phaetex Solutions owns all rights to the platform design. You do not copy our code. You do not resell our services without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
We provide services on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee the software is free of errors. We are not liable for financial losses. We are not liable for data loss. Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid us.
11. Governing law
The laws of Kenya govern these terms. Any disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.
12. Termination
You stop using the service at any time. We terminate your account for violations of these terms. We terminate your account for non-payment.
13. Changes to terms
We update these terms. We post the updated version on our website. Your continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to the new terms.
